The Wattle cabin was beautifully made with all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen that saved us money from eating out. We were pleasantly surprised by the LED mirror in the bathroom. The owners provided detailed guidelines about the cabin and the wildlife around us. We loved encountering wildlife during our peaceful and cozy stay.
The location was a bit remote and inaccessible without a vehicle. The closest bus stop was a 4km trek away, and cabs were quite expensive.

Our stay at Airlie Beach Eco Cabins - Adults Only was a nature lover's dream come true. We were surrounded by beautiful sounds and wildlife, with cockatoos, curlews, turkeys, and even a wallaby visiting near us. The size of the two-bedroom room was perfect for our small family, and the communication from the staff prior to our arrival was clear and helpful. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like insect sprays, camp chairs, and even Netflix for the children. we had a wonderful time.
While our cabin had a crack in the roof that leaked a little at times, it didn't greatly impact our stay. Additionally, being in the two-bedroom room meant we weren't as close to feeding stations in the trees and it wasn't as easy to go for a walk, but it was still doable and lovely.

The cabins were beautifully designed and decorated, giving it a modern and stylish feel. The big windows allowed us to enjoy the stunning bush scenery even in the rain. Plus, there were even fireflies flying around at night, which brought back childhood memories.
The morning peace was often disrupted by the constant barking of a neighboring dog, which was quite frustrating. Despite this, the overall experience was still enjoyable.

The cabin was well appointed and comfortable, with a good selection of coffee and tea. the bed and pillows were excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location was beautiful, with stunning views and abundant wildlife. It was a peaceful and quiet setting, perfect for relaxation.
There was no breakfast offered in the self-catering facility, which would have been a nice addition. the presence of fire circles outside each cabin during the current drought and extreme fire danger was concerning.

I had the most wonderful stay at these secluded cabins close to nature. The peaceful surroundings and abundance of wildlife made it a truly idyllic experience. I loved sitting on the deck and watching the wallabies and colorful birds in the area. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable, and the complimentary treats were a lovely touch. While it is a bit of a drive to Airlie Beach, the peacefulness and natural beauty make it worth it. I highly recommend these cabins for a nature-filled getaway.

We loved staying at the eco cabins. the location was amazing, surrounded by bushland, which made it peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed watching the interesting wildlife right from our cabin. the setup was perfect, with all the amenities we could ask for. the owner even provided marshmallows for the firepit and a bottle of bubbles for my birthday, which was a lovely touch. the cabin itself was well-designed and had unique details that set it apart from your average resort. it was conveniently close to shops and a short drive to attractions like Cedar Creek, Hydeaway Bay, and Dingo Beach.
It was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Cons: Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.

We got great value for our money with the spacious and well-equipped Kookaburra apartment at Eco Cabins. The location was perfect, close to a supermarket and not too far from the beach, while still offering a peaceful and quiet environment where we could spot plenty of wildlife. The staff were welcoming, even leaving us treats and drinks in the fridge, and the amenities like Netflix and reliable Wi-Fi made our stay even better.
The breakfast option could be improved with a handheld shower option in the bathroom.
